Find print and electronic books through the Library Catalogue. Search by keyword using search terms such as the film title, director, or genre.

Film and Television Literature Index with Full Text covers over 300 scholarly and popular periodicals relating to film and television studies, including reviews, criticism, and popular interest pieces. In addition, the full-text for approximately 50 books and 70 periodicals is included.
This resource brings together several film-related databases: International Index to Film Periodicals, Treasures from the Film Archives, Documentation Collections, and FIAF Members Publications. The main database, the International Index to Film Periodicals contains over 330,000 article references from academic and popular film journals. The Treasures from the Film Archives section contains unique information about silent film holdings in different film archives worldwide and the Documentation Collections offer detailed information about the documentation collections of film archives, libraries, and educational institutions worldwide.

Includes the complete paper, cover-to-cover, with full page and article images in downloadable PDF for every issue. Information is presented as both full-page images and article images. You can find film reviews by searching with the film title and limiting the date to 1-2 years around the time the film was released
Reader’s Guide Retrospective, 1890-1982
Provides an index of subjects in the popular press, particularly U.S. cultural history. Enter the film title and the appropriate release year (with an extra year for reviews to be published). You must log-in from off-campus
